a recent event triggered into a full blown panic attack. On the other hand it could be ongoing untreated general

the body and mind. Think calming thoughts and train your mind to relax and calm down whenever events upset
you.
When you experience a panic attack understand that it will not harm you and that
it will soon pass and breathe deeply and slowly and allow the feelings to wash over you without getting agitated
and upset. When you tighten up and get upset this just magnifies your anxiety symptoms. Relaxation during a panic
attack is very hard to do at first but with practice it does get easier.
